When you make an order and payment on our website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

NUTRITION REWARDS

* We offer a 15% saving on selected wet and dry premium dog and cat food brands.
* These brands may change from time to time at the sole discretion of The Pet Centre
* You must be a member of the Best Friends Club to be eligible for Nutrition Rewards
* To become a Best Friends Club member either sign up online or in store
* You must log in online to see Nutrition Rewards pricing. Guest checkout is not eligible for Nutrition Rewards.
* Discounts are off full priced products. The 15% discount does not apply if the product is already on sale or is part of another offer. For example a multibuy deal
* You do not have to accrue points or dollars to receive the discount.
* When you are signed in to the website the prices on the products will show as though they are on sale for you so you can see the discounted amount before adding the product to your cart. 
* There is no limit to the number of each product that you purchase and there is no limit on how many times you can receive the discount.

Cancellation rules
* We understand that life gets busy and rebooking and cancellation are sometimes necessary.
* Our grooming room runs on an hourly booking schedule which means if an appointment is cancelled with little notice, then another client is unable to fill the appointment.
* In order to cover our business expenses, the following cancellation conditions may apply:

LATENESS:
30 minutes or more: 100% charge & your booking cancelled

CANCELLATION:
48 hours notice: 25% charge
24 hours notice: 50% charge
Same day: 100% charge
NO SHOW: 100% charge
